The head of the Centre awarded a badge of honour by the Czech Army

On 28 May, members of the Centre for International Humanitarian and Operational Law (CIHOL) took part in the General Assembly of the Legal Service of the Czech Army, held in Olomouc.

On this occasion, the head of the CIHOL, Dr Martin Faix, was awarded a badge of honour in recognition of his long-standing cooperation with the Legal Service and his contribution to the education in the law of armed conflict.

In addition to participating in the assembly, CIHOL contributed with a substantive academic input: Dr Petr Stejskal delivered an invited lecture on the targeting of energy infrastructure in armed conflict, focusing in particular on legal aspects of sabotage operations and deep reconnaissance missions.
