The Centre Hosted Dr Agata Kleczkowska within the Visegrad Fellowship Programme

Between 27 April and 8 May 2026, we were pleased to welcome Dr Agata Kleczkowska as a visiting researcher at the Centre of International Humanitarian and Operational Law. This was not the first instance of our cooperation, as Agata is also an external expert affiliated with our Centre.

During her short-term research stay, Agata delivered lectures for students, presented her research to the members of the Centre, held both group and individual consultations of her research, and conducted research in our faculty library.

Agata’s stay in Olomouc took place as part of the Visegrad Fellowship programme, which she received for the research project titled “Which Shield for Europe? Legal Implications of Invoking Article 42(7) of the Treaty on European Union or Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty.”

We are grateful for the opportunity to host this academic collaboration and exchange on current issues of international law and European security.
